• Convention Apportionment sent to All Chapters 
  • Chapters are provided the number of Delegates and Alternates that can represent them at the Convention. Calculations are done with a ratio of chapter members to Delegates. i.e. with a ratio of 1:12, a chapter with 24 members would be apportioned 2 Delegates.  
• Delegate Election Instructions sent to All Chapters

• Primary Submissions Close

• Secondary Submissions Open

• Deadline to Submit Delegate Election Results
• Early Bird Registration Ends at 11:59 pm PT

• Deadline for Release of Primary Submissions Compendium (Compendium 1)

• Deadline to Submit NCC Nominations

• Secondary Submissions Deadline
• Deadline to Submit NCC Questionnaires

• Deadline to Register for the Convention (this deadline will not be extended)
• Final Convention Bulletin Published on Website

Monday, July 13th

• Deadline for Final Compendium of Submissions to be Released
